Tadpole Swim School is a growing and dynamic swim school based in Hampshire and Surrey, teaching over

1500 children a week, across various locations.

Looking for Part Time Hours to fit around Family / Other work commitments?

Nearly all of our teachers are parents themselves who joined the company after attending classes with their own little one. Some have other jobs as well as working with us. What they all have in common is a genuine desire to help as many children as possible learn this essential life skill.

 

What Qualifications do I need to join the teaching team at Tadpole Swim School?

You don’t need any formal qualifications prior to joining us but there are some pre-requisites:

​

• Are you looking for a new career that is rewarding and challenging?

• Do you love working with babies and children?

• Are you passionate about swimming?

• Are you over 16?

• Are you able to swim 50 meters comfortably?

• Are you available to work one or two days at the weekend?

• Do you have use of your own transport?

• Are you enthusiastic and flexible to new challenges?

• Are you outgoing?

If the answer is yes to all of the above, we could offer you the new challenge you have been looking for. 

 

How do I gain the necessary skills and qualifications?

If you want to join us and we feel you're the right fit for us, we'll pay for your formal qualification and training with the STA, whilst putting you through our own intensive, internal training and buddying you up with one of fantastic teachers.
